Customer Requests for Quotes

When Protronics receives a customer's quotation request, the following happens:
- If the customer is going to provide the components and PC boards (consignment), then ProTronics will normally provide the assembly quote within 48 hours.
-
- If the customer wants ProTronics to provide the PC boards and the customer will provide the components, then ProTronics will normally provide the assembly and board combined quote in 2 to 3 days.
-
- If ProTronics is to provide both the components and the PC boards (turnkey), then ProTronics will normally provide the turnkey quote in about one week.
-
- If the customer requests that ProTronics quote on other services, such as PC board layout, bill of material conversion, etc.; then ProTronics suggests that the quote be done in stages or project milestones in order to improve quote accuracy.

When ProTronics provides prototype and some low volume assembly quotes, we quote three different turnaround times, namely Quick-Turn, One Week, and Two Weeks Plus. On any quote where these three turnaround times are quoted, the customer can split the
project over different times.
For example, if a customer wants to build (10) prototypes. The customer can order (2) as Quick-Turn, and the remaining (8) in one and/or two week plus turnaround times.
| Quick-Turn. |
Highest Priority. PC Boards are assembled in one to three days. |
| One Week. |
High Priority. PC Boards are assembled in one week. |
| Two Weeks Plus. |
Low Priority. PC Boards are normally assembled in about two weeks
or possibly longer based on the priority of other projects. |
